Starting at approximately 4pm on Friday August 15th, and lasting until about 8am on Monday, August 18th, the library’s catalog will be unavailable to patrons due to upgrades at Carroll County Public Library. Patrons will be able to access Hoover Library’s databases, but searching the catalog for books will not be possible.
